Spunbond Polypropylene fabrics are commonly made with fine to medium dpf continuous filament fibers.  These fabrics are uniform and  dimensionally stable.  Polypropylene fabrics require additives for UV and heat stability.  Spunbond polypropylene fabrics are supplied in widths ranging from 1” to141” with basis weights ranging from 8 gsm to over 200 gsm, every colors available.

Endless filaments in combination with a uniform discharge guarantee low & uniform weight while providing good tensile strength.

Advantages


Polypropylene Spunbond non woven fabrics have good air permeability, use no chemicals and are thermo bonded . It possess very good bidirectional machine direction/cross direction tensile strength and tear properties.

Spunbond fabrics are made by blowing continuous spun filament fibers on to a collector and then bonding those fibers together. They typically have more uniform properties than other structures of non wovens.
